To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we kindly require your order to be paid for in full prior to delivery. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience, and this helps us ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Product Size Variances

We believe in transparency at Australian Paving, which is why we want to let you know that our products are quoted in their nominal (approximate) size only. We follow industry standards, which means that the actual size of our products can vary by +/- 2mm for Stoneware and +/- 3mm for other products. This may seem like a small difference, but we want you to be aware of it so that you can plan for your project with confidence. If you have any questions about our product sizes, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly team. We’re always here to help you find the perfect product for your project!

At Australian Paving, we believe in providing you with high-quality products and want to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. It’s important to note that it’s the responsibility of the installer, under the management of the builder and/or homeowner, to check the products before installing them. We understand that you’re investing time and money into your project, and we want to make sure that everything goes smoothly. What to do when your delivery arrives:

DO NOT INSTALL YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE YOU CHECK THEM FIRST!

APC wants you to be happy with your choice, however we require your support by following this checklist prior to installation:

  • Check the quantity is correct. If not, order more before installation commences
  • Check the product colour and or shade is as ordered or selected
  • Check the size is as ordered or selected
  • Check the product is going to be laid in accordance to APC’s recommendations

No claims will be accepted for reimbursement, replacement, exchange or repair once this product is installed either by you or the tradie.

During installation: If you or your tradie notices any defect while installation is underway, stop the work immediately and contact APC.

Due to batch shade and colour variations, we recommend to blend all products from each box, pallet or crate. Variation is an inherent characteristic of stone and concrete products.

Do not seal any product unless thoroughly cleaned with a suitable cleaner.
