Tips for Delivery

· Allow at least 2-3 business days for delivery to be scheduled.

· Have your product delivered to your home at least 1 day before starting work. Starting work on the delivery day may lead to lost time due to waiting.

· Where do you want them? Consult with APC or your tradie on the best place for delivery and inform our sales staff where your delivery is to be placed. Our trucks need at least 2.5m clear width and 2.1m height clearance.

· If you are not going to be home, place a marker or sign indicating where you would like the pallets.

· Pavers are heavy. A forklift with a pallet can weigh 5 tonnes so it’s your responsibility to ensure the area can take the weight. Remember concrete cracks!

· Please ensure to keep pets and children out of the way during delivery. Safety is our priority!

· We try to provide approximate delivery times, however we cannot guarantee exact delivery times as heavy vehicles can be affected by traffic and holds up on other sites.

· If the site is locked when we attend, the product will be placed in the most convenient and accessible position. Reattendance will incur an additional cost.
